NO FEAR!!!

I took the kids to the park this afternoon once the sun came out.  It was so beautiful and we love Woodlands Edge park.  Lots of trees, green space to run and Slides:) Winnie is small but that girl is mighty.  She has NO FEAR when it comes to the slides.  Which is totally different for me since Burke has always been so cautious.  I love days like this.  Feeling very blessed! - Sarah

First warm day at the lake

We had our first warm weekend over at the lake. The pollen was terrible but it didn't stop us from spending every bit of our time outside. I love summer time;) Burke and Taylor look so much like each other to me! Winnie's first time to drive the boat;) Everyone is tired and cramped in the back of daddy's truck. We are headed home before the storms hit.

Easter 2014

It was a beautiful Easter weekend!  The kids has so much fun hunting eggs and eating candy.  With Winnie walking she was all over the place :)  We had our usual Easter lunch at our house Sunday.  We have been doing this since Mamie died.  We usually do a egg hunt in her garden but didn't this year since Abe is so allergic to the pollen.  Burke and Winnie didn't mind though since they got to egg hunt in Dumas with their other cousins that Saturday and they had a blast.   - Sarah

Ready for Spring

Mamie's garden is so beautiful right now.  All of the plants have popped up and bloomed and we just love going out there to play.  Not kidding every time Burke wakes up from his nap he says "I want to go play in Mamie's garden."  I love it!  I know she does too!
